myol'man Posted May 29, 2004 Report Share Posted May 29, 2004 Just been to the club "supershop" to buy a programme for tommorow. Guess what? They've sold out! 10.30, Saturday morning! They're open til 4.! Never mind, " will you have some more in by the morning?" ( when thousands will be leaving Ashton Gate) i ask. "We're not open tommorow" is the reply. Come on City, i know all the staff are going, but surely, not opening for a couple of hours on Sunday morning, and running out of programmes on Saturday, the club are missing out on hundreds of pounds of sales. She will look after my programme and hold my beer for me and even go and get me some coffee, rather than having to wait in the half time queues.
