Plan B - Absent Since Circa Late Johnson Era

Lack of Action Man

Recommended Posts

Does anyone else think that since the final months of GM's tenure, we have been unable to come up with a sufficient response for when our initial game plan doesn't work.

Why is this? Are the players not good enough or are we a very poor outfit tactically? It seems odd that three managers have been unable to come up with a successful second strategy with by and large the same players.

Piss poor team, no leadership, and a lot of the squad have known little but losing since theyve been here, and more than our fair ship of journeymen, comes from having two managers out of the last three with no experience at this level of football, and two out of three who couldnt work with players with bigger reputations than their own.

Lack of leadership on the pitch has been a problem for years going back to the Joe Jordan era, getting really bad from Ward onwards to Johnson & Millens reigns

Till that gets addressed we'll always flatter to deceive..... and thats not mentioning the numerous other problems currently flaring up...
