I don't care how ugly it is but having observed the way which you have turned us around, I have confidence that you can. 2. Start the clear out. The majority of the squad are complete and utter shite. Journeyman pro's and overpaid *ankers. Bring in character, winners and play youth too. 3. Engage with the fans.
