There were several alleged sightings of our players out and about last Saturday night, so have any of them dared to show their faces in Bristol's bars this evening? They are the same as you and me, entitled to a night out As long as they do not drink, I have no problem withthem being out. No professional athlete should drink during their season, be it football, rugby, cricket, whatever. Alcohol reduces your effectiveness. It is a tiny price to pay for a well paid professional sporting job. End of season fine, during ther season no. If we go down because of 1 reult where we were not quite fit enough, not quite on the ball, and alcohol even had a little part to pay, well it is just not on.
