Isawjonshaw Posted March 4, 2012 Report Share Posted March 4, 2012 Until there is a change of certain personnel within the club (players, staff etc) the corrupt, inept, biased, jobs for the boys attitude will continue to hold this club back - financially, commercially and more significantly back to the 3rd tier of English football. In any other business, the dead wood is cut out. Remember pre season, how certain staff spouted off about being in the mixer for promotion...I for one was not fooled by this. bangers Posted March 4, 2012 Report Share Posted March 4, 2012 Maybe this is why relegation might not be such a disaster. The worry is if we stay up this crap continues into next season. I personally would get rid of all those out of contract, and then transfer list the likes of Kilkenny, Woolford etc, and accept any offer just to get them out the club. Trim the squad, and get fresh, new faces in and start from scratch, we have seen other teams successfully re-build. This side should be built around our hard working fighters, chances are Fonts and adomah will go if we are relegated......so likes of Stead and Pitman would be massive hits in league 1.
