The Hunt At Pne

One person thinks that.

No-one else on that thread even mentioned Hunt.

He has been consistently good at PNE.

Other threads on the forum confirm it.

Using threads selectively to make a 'point' when its untrue make you look as if you are a sad bitter fellow with an agenda.

Which as a true football fan can't be true.

http://www.pne-onlin...g-at-right-back

If you bother to read he had an injury. Most PNE fans rate him as a very astute signing and a player who should be playing at a higher level.

Which would be us had he not been treated utterly disgracefully by this club.

Where does it say he's been an astute signing in your link? It says he took a knock, hmmmmmm................

Tell us what you know about his disgraceful treatment by the club? Some might see it the other way round.

A touch strong to say he was treated 'utterly disgracefully' by us...clearly there is a lot more to it as to why he was so out of favour here, as he was at Bolton for the last god knows how long of his time there. Without knowing the facts can we really criticise?

Unless you have some sort of inside info on it?

Please give me one reason how we treated him disgracefully? He was appalling in every single game bar Doncaster away where he was average. His performance at Leeds is arguably the worst individual performance I have ever seen in a game of football and he has shown no signs of improvement. Stop talking shit.

Go back to his undiagnosed severe depression thread.

Needed treatment - didn't get it.

The bloke should have been in hospital, not playing v Leeds.

Enough people itk on that thread.

Was about 3 months ago.

Tomarse may be able to find it.

The man was ill.Really ill.

Should never have been near the first team squad.

This is probably the 4th or 5th thread on his illness.

I'm glad he's doing ok now.

I've never seen anything confirming this only the classic otib rumours. So unless there was evidence on that thread, how do you know this to be true? Undiagnosed depression? So he didn't know it himself then? Because should he have been diagnosed as depressed it seems unlikely we'd have forced him to play against his will.

No undiagnosed SEVERE depression.

And it was from someone itk.

Had it confirmed from a trusted person in the club 24 months ago at least.

No,I won't tell you who - I don't betray trust.

Its not an OTIB rumour.

Look for the thread yourself.

It is what it is.

Its not going to change if you don't believe me.

NH was very unwell - don't believe it?..Up to you mate.

I really don't care either way.

Glad he's doing well now.

I've not seen that thread so can't comment on that. You may know someone in the know, a few people do. Or you may not, as so many people claim to and then spout rubbish. My point is if he was undiagnosed how were the Club supposed to know? He'd had no diagnosis, which suggests either he hadn't been to a doctor or they hadn't diagnosed it...in which case how can this be the Club's fault? It doesn't make any sense, if he was diagnosed as being severely depressed I'd understand your point.

What did his girlfriend tweet?

She was replying to the OTIB account a while back (it's an automated account, doh) when there was a thread about PNE fans praising him.. seemed to be taking a pop at the club generally.

Actually got told by at least two people at the club that it was a load of bulls**t myself. Who knows or cares really.

So, he's got an undiagnosed condition, how is it the clubs fault he didn't get treatment? If I'm feeling so unwell I go to the doctor.

Interesting that you reprimand others for selective listening and then make such unsubstantiated (and false) claims based on one thread.

If it is undiagnosed then have you just diagnosed it???

Are you a psychologist?

As recent events have shown, depression has nowt to do with how much money you have or dont have. We question how on earth how he played so many prem games.............the answer is simple. Because he was good enough to so to be where he is now in footballing terms certainly raises the question of why ? There is no reason why he should not have suffered from depression like millions of others do . Unlike most of us though his recovery involved stepping out in front of thousands of pumped up football funs and personally, i cant even begin to think how tough that must be when footy is all about confidence. If true, he should have our sympathy not our ridicule. Good luck to him I say. (We would not be so scathing towards him if he had suffered from a delibitating physical illness after all would we !)

Why would you sack Phil Brown and replace him with Westley? I dont get it.

How does 2 consecutive promotions sound as a reason?

Wow!

Some on here just need someone to hate eh?

As I said,I'm glad he's doing well now.

Its all on the other thread - knock yourselves out and go have a look.

Other posters had heard this as well.

Good luck to Mr Hunt.

You've toned down a lot.

I'd agree. Stan Collymore took a ridiculous amount of stick when he "buckled". I well remember getting yelled at by a Newcastle fan when I told him there was no way of encouraging a bloke to go for a 50:50 tackle when he couldnt see the point of getting up in the morning
