nebristolred
If ever we needed something to quieten the critics, this was it. He could have played them on his own today, incredible game he had!

Esmond Million's Bung
If ever we needed something to quieten the critics, this was it. He could have played them on his own today, incredible game he had! Agreed and I thought Killkenny had decent game and played higher up the pitch for once, it looked a reasonable pairing, unfortunately it was the wide men who were the weak link today. City Loyal
Skuse and Andre were pure class today! When Skuse ran the width of the pitch to make a sliding tackle was outstanding!
Sambo
Skuse and Kilkenny were immense today. Controlled the game, especially in the second half. Some of the tackles Skuse made were brilliant. I think Pitman was trying to copy him but we all know what happens when strikers try and tackle!
GrenadaRed
I am not Skuse or Kilkenny's biggest fan, but today both were excellent. Skuse in particular had a superb game and epitomised exactly what we are going to need to survive. Excellent!
bearded_red
Skuse was absolutely superb. Him and Marv come in for their fair share of stick on this forum, and they do of course both have large weaknesses in their game, but we missed them desperately when they were both injured at the same time earlier in the season. Super
Set the tone and lifted the crowd with many crunching tackles. Deserved his mom.
Taylor10
He deserved MOM. I wouldn't mind all the views from those saying we didn't need him back from injury now!! Some were claiming we didn't need him because he hasn't got 'footballing ability'. Utter tosh, of course we need him, he is versatile and gives absolutely everything. But there are no pleasing some mindless idiots on here. Him and Killa were impressive today and it worked.
Scoliver92
Beyond me how this man gets stick. Was incredible today and proved what a passionate, decent footballer he is!
Club and Country
dont rate him at all tbh but hes the reason why you need a few local lads in the side, he knew how much it meant to the locals today edit* btw, i thought he was superb
OldlandReddies
Nothing better than a local lad in the side. Bristol City runs through his veins. Gives everything and gets the crowd going. Priceless attribute.Should be captain.
WellRedPhil
He was terrific. Exactly the sort of battle you want in a game like this, I don't think he stopped running! Agree with others saying Kilkenny had his best game in a while, although this was mostly due to the fact the Coventry midfield put no pressure on him so he was able to play in space at whatever tempo he wished. Taunton_Red
He had a quality game, can't seem to remember him making one mistake! And our Second goal he was showing his passionate side by roaring at the crowd and showing his love for this club! Looked unplayable, hope he can keep up his good form against Brum on Sat. glynriley
Skuse this , Skuse that... Just cos he's a Bristol boy doesn't mean he's brilliant He was today though !!! MichaelRobartes
Have never understood all the stick Skuse gets to be honest. He was massive today, very good performance. Impressed with Amougou again and Fontaine on his comeback too. Well played lads.
Gazred
MOM for me today. Put in an excellent shift. Some of his tackles were fantastic and really got the crowd going, then just kept it simple, probably helped Kilkenny's game no end.

Ron
So... This swallow? I think this sets a new low in laughable pathetic OTIB 'I told you so' moments. And the bar was pretty damn low.
