I can't remember for certain but wonder if you need to set things up online as a first time user. Failing that you might need to put your client reference number in somewhere? Red-Robbo Posted April 20, 2012 Report Share Posted April 20, 2012 Assuming you've used their services online before, you have to go into the system as a whole and log in. There's an inconspicuous link for this on the main ticket page. Then when you go into "my account" it will show you your existing ST and give you the option to renew purchase. Can sign in no problem, doesnt give the option to renew as the ticket is not there and cant find anywhere to put in the client ref no as you were saying.. Any more help would be appreciated!
