Assuming you've used their services online before, you have to go into the system as a whole and log in. There's an inconspicuous link for this on the main ticket page.

Then when you go into "my account" it will show you your existing ST and give you the option to renew purchase.

All a bit counter-intuitive.

If you've not used the system before you'll have to create an account first.

Im in the same boat.. not a clue how the site works.. Can sign in no problem, doesnt give the option to renew as the ticket is not there and cant find anywhere to put in the client ref no as you were saying..

Any more help would be appreciated!
