France turned up to the World Cup in 2002 on the back of being defending champions and came bottom of their group without scoring. They are hardly the same side now. Even if Italy do implode, Croatia are hardly a bunch of no-hopers. I hope you're right and some might call me defeatist but I'm just delighted we're there. If the lads play well in each game and leave everything on the pitch I'll be pleased, anything more and I'll be delighted.
