On a serious note I hope he crashes and burns, the only player I've ever seen who made it totally obvious he didn't want to even bother trying for us in the final few months here!!! Tom_from_the_city_team Posted August 11, 2012 Report Share Posted August 11, 2012 Listen, too many punks on here have been busting Nicky's chops for the way he left , although I don't think he or the club handled the situation particularly well, give the man a break. I would like to see him do well, we've got a shared history and plenty of good memories. Many factors come into play when a player starts considering their future..agents,family,where they want to live, what's best for their playing career etc and Nicky's young, how many of us can say we've dealt with key decisions in a perfect way. I sometimes think that fans forget that and just need hate figures...it's not like he's Terry or Suarez who should be booed and jeered for good reason.
