I went, i actually thought we'd changed but once again passionless, gutless and inept performance. Our big time charlies once again proved they have no fight for what they clearly saw as an easy game. Special praise to the 2nd half back four. Foster looked lost ( we must sign Wilson ), Fontaine looks unfit, Nyatanga ( oh my Lord, a pro footballer who cant kick a ball??!! ) and as for Woolford......!!!!! I know hes no left back, im not sure hes a footballer!!! Albert looked poor, morris showed nothing, pearson very average. Only our bristol boy skuse showed passion. Stead and pitman also poor. I hope the league games coming up provide more effort, quality and passion. Fair play to Gillingham though. Got stuck in, blocked everything, wasted loads of time ( annoying but professional tactics ) and made us look very poor. A decent preseason already forgotten!!!! But having watched that shower of shite i dont hold out much hope!!! My pre game optimism of better times ahead has been well and truely fcuked already!!
