The first thing he did was unilaterally get rid of the car registration tax increase which was going to be used to help cities and counties pay for firefighting and police. The second thing he did was unilaterally put a freeze on environmental and occupational safety regulations. he did all this with the flick of a pen because, after all, he's the terminator. To hell with legislation and democracy. He has a mandate from the people. How he got a mandate with less than 50 percent of the popular vote is beyond me.
