Nibor
Good. Always embarrassing to have someone like Terry representing us. Just need to get rid of a few more of the "golden generation" and maybe we could start making some progress.

Brizzle Jordan
He was pretty outstanding in the Euro's but he would never be good enough in 2014 anyway, Hart©, Walker, Caulker, Jones, Gibbs, Shelvey, Wilshere, Cleverley, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Sturridge/Ince, Welbeck. That would be quite exciting.
Cunnyfunt
Step forward Steven Caulker. That's one old timer out, a few more to go now. Ironically Rio will probably get a call up now.
simon uk
Can't help but think the likes of him and cashley sum up everything wrong with the celeb footballer culture, and they will be remembered for all the wrong reasons. Good riddance to him, let's get caulker in!
BITW
So your all happy we've lost our best defender and leader on the pitch? The whole thing should have been dropped the moment a COURT cleared him of any wrongdoing. Say what you like about the man, but as a player it's a big loss to an already average side. Brizzle Jordan
Not in the same class as JT Not when he's only 20. Give him time and he will be as good I believe. Different type of CB anyway tbh.

BITW
you should do stand up Why's that then. He's been as consistent as anyone in an England shirt. I cant help but feel some people's opinion of him as a man let it cloud their judgment of him as a player. But hey ho, lets look to the future. Lots of great young talent coming through

The rest of the world must be s#####g themselves having to face that
BCAGFC
Still by far & away the best defender England have at the moment.....the team will suffer as a result of his retirement. I mean, he will be replaced by Jagielka/Lescott/Jones etc, etc. The only hope is Steven Caulker. BCAGFC

BITW
Very, good Premier League defender, poor international defender, never had the game for that type of football imo Have to disagree TRL. Always rated him as an international player. Perhaps not world class CB but certainly as close as England have.
BCAGFC
Step forward Steven Caulker. Only defender that is anywhere near good enough to replace JT, Phil Jones/Phil Jagielka/Juleon Lescott are useless headless chickens.
