MartockRed
Really. He wanted away. No reason to discuss. He wanted away as he knew Palace wanted him so badly. If he was a regular starter here then it might have been different. Only highlighting his progress...
pride of the west
He was always going to do well when played regularly in a team doing well. The challenge will be when they are on a bad run after losing zaha in january. The bit in the article which interests me is freedman stating they had to make big sacrafices to get him. I cant see him being on huge money compared to their biggest earners so it suggests the fee was pretty decent.
Seaside
Palace fan here. Bolasie is class. Big fan favourite at Palace. No idea how you could afford to let him leave unless he simply wasn't playing well for you? Big signing for us and is one of the main reasons we're in the playoffs at the moment. Complements Zaha very well on the opposite flank, and has thrived at Palace because every team we play puts 2/3 men on Zaha, leaving Yannick with plenty of space to run into. For the chap above, Zaha won't be leaving in January. He'll be off in the summer, but not Jan, our chairmen have already said so (unless we go up)

Glad the boys more at home with you, as he had it in him
havanatopia
He wanted away as he knew Palace wanted him so badly. If he was a regular starter here then it might have been different. Only highlighting his progress... I predict he will be either burnt out within 2-3 months or get crocked and take 6 months to get back to bench warming,... for the reserves. Just my opinion of course; the lad is all gas with no head wind and after the initial hoopla of the bright lights of a dodgy night out in Croydon he'll soon fall back into his more likely lackadaisical style he had with us. To be fair, on the basis of what we had seen of him he never looked like he would command a regular start, so when you came in for him there weren't too many city fans that upset about it (plus we were strengthening upfront anyway). Looks like that drubbing we gave you at AG has done you a favour!

The Dolman Pragmatist
Two word Albert Adomah, He will get itchy feet towards the end of the season and leave you too, he is nothing but a greedy cock Rubbish. McInnes didn't want to let Bolasie go, but when a player makes it clear he no longer wants to play for his club, what choice is there? So you think that a player wanting to move to a preferred location, for considerably more money and with more of a chance of starting games is 'nothing but a greedy cock'. Interesting. Fair play to the bloke, he wasn't getting regular starts at Ashton Gate and someone else valued him more than us. Is Stephen Davies a 'greedy cock' for leaving Derby for us? Get a grip. Always Believesham
Fair play to the bloke for hitting the ground running at Palace He wanted to be part of their rebuild/strengthening just had an absolutely shambolic exit Freedman is right, his is someone that will take players on, on the outside - because he is so quick, still reasonably young but still a rough diamond, I'd say he left because he didn't want to have to fight for his place. On form he is a good championship player, off form he looks distinctly average at best as his final ball leaves alot to be desired. Form is temporary, class is permanent
herman
this transfer is a perfect example of why footballers shouldnt use twitter no beef with the guy, he seemed too rough around the edges while he was here, but good luck to him at palace

Bolasie is quicker than JCR was, JCR was more skilfull both had a bit of what the other was good at Bolasie was an exciting winger when he got the ball goinghe just flattered to deceive a poor man's Albert would be closer
