Brizzle Jordan
Could lend us Mario Gotze, Robert Lewandowski, Marco Reus, Mats Hummels and Nevan Subotic for 3 games could they? 9 Points would make the table look alot nicer.

ciderup
I am one of a few City fans who atually go and watch Dortmund. One of us travels every couple of weeks! What you need to bear in mind with the BvB youth / U21 team is that most of them play for BvB2 in Bundesliga 2 or 3, They are getting regular competitve league matches in the equivilant of our League 1. The majority of the awesome BvB first team started this way so they must be doing something right. As an aside, we went to watch BvB2 on the Saturday the last time I was in Dortmund, as the first team played on the Sunday. The are a toally individual club in most aspects, their own squad of players (that will, hopefully, progress to BvB 1) and their own stadium (they play in the original Westfalenstadion in the shadow of the newer one) and they get tidy crowds as well. It does make you think that maybe we could learn from the Germans and have a Man U 'B' etc in the lower leagues rather than just calling them Peterborough? It would certainly swell the coffers of smaller clubs.

Does the Bundesliga have a Christmas break period?? 1 week loan from boxing day to just after new year! Should fit 3 games in that way

Out of interest how do you get there? How much does a typical trip cost and is it easy to come by tickets?

Duesseldorf Citizen
Was there with Fortuna Duesseldorf on tuesday. Alcohol free beer, 81.000 crowd and 8.000 Fortuna fans owned them. Their "glorious" south stand was piss poor.
