Admin phantom Posted November 29, 2012 Admin Report Share Posted November 29, 2012 How do we go about getting the free match ticket / food vouchers? The club were quick enough to promote it although havn't been contacted about the incentives. Anyone know? The first lot of food vouchers were emailed a few months back, I believe that the second batch are being sent on 10th December ??? If you dont have an email address you need to contact the club for a printed out version. I was going to ask what the four games were that we could bring someone along for free ?? I know Charlton was one a few weeks back, and am sure Derby is on the 15th December - what were the other two ?
semblar
For the free match ticket, you phone up before one of the four named matches For the food vouchers from memory we all got a link to a pdf to print them out... not good enough a deal (e.g. BOGOF) to tempt somebody who is a non-buyer into trying it was my opinion

Cheers, I doubt il bother with the food vouchers if it is case of BOGOF (still stupidly overpriced). But will chase the club up about free match tickets. Also was there a free month of BCFC player or am i dreaming?

mark43
Glad I spotted this thread, I'm not sure I ever heard which the four games were, its almost like they hoped we'd just forget about the offer. I did get the food vouchers, not that they werec any use.

Also nothing on the website about reminders for the 4 games.
BCFC @ Herts
Glad I spotted this thread, I'm not sure I ever heard which the four games were, its almost like they hoped we'd just forget about the offer. I did get the food vouchers, not that they werec any use. The four matches were highlighted on the fixture list on the back of the letter from Kay McGinty that we received with our season ticket acknowledgement. They haven't exactly been forward in reminding us though. I expect there will be a mad rush to take up the offer for the 'boro game in March when everyone realises that it is their last chance to claim. mark43
That does ring a bell, though I thought there was mention on that letter that they would be sending out further details. I could be wrong though, I'll try to find it later.
formerly known as ivan
Just phoned the ticket line and got my 4 free tickets for the derby game. They get a lot of stick but the lady I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful.
bcfcbs20
I brought the food vouchers up at the fans parliment and Kevin Smith (I think thats his name) said that he was going to look at offering better deals for the second half of the season. mark43
Just claimed my ticket as well. The guy I spoke to was also nice and helpful (aside from an annoying habit of saying 'no drama' all the time). I rarely phone the ticket office but have always found them to be great. Mad Cyril
I think all these add ons are a fab bonus whatever the small print. Did anyone here really only buy their season ticket because of the advert for extras? If not, why complain?

Never to the dark side
Would any one WANT a free month of a poor quality service like player? It would more likely put City fans off actually signing up for the service? for ever

If you go in the club shop and give them your post code, they will still give you the scarf
