We have a better squad than last year so there is improvement there, but what I am deeply concerned with is the commitment of the players to be at least competitive on the pitch. . . and that sadly is down to the manager. We are going backwards I disagree. Commitment is driven from players themselves. Del can attempt to raise them but they are the ones who need to show it. Unfortunately they are sadly lacking, but all the time happily extracting their large salaries out of the club for very little effort, passion and commitment. Wasters.
