Admin Maesknoll Red Posted December 2, 2012 Admin Report Share Posted December 2, 2012 Starters Gerkin Heaton Foster Fontaine Nyatanga Morris Skuse Woolford Adomah Pearson Stead Pitman Wilson M Carey L Cunningham Taylor Baldock Wilson J Elliott Bryan Elokobi Kilkenny Davies McManus Briggs Bates Danns Subs Reid Anderson Bolasie How long will the list get, it smacks of a tinkerman who hasn't a clue what his preferred line up is, or is it a Manager who has too many players to try and keep happy? I appreciate that some changes have been necessary due to injury, but I'm struggling to see how 29 players in 21 games can give you any sort of team structure to build on. foghornred
We are the only team in the championship who do not have a player who has played every game, not sure that Del could name his strongest eleven after all this time.

There can't be too many teams that achieve success using so many players in so many permatations. Squad rotation might work when you have world class players that can seamlessly slot into a position, but look at the top Premiership teams who make wholesale changes for cup games, they look a shadow of the teams that are consistently performing in the league, why does Del think our inconsistent players can cope.
