myol'man
Salisbury beat Chelmsford 3-2 yesterday in front of 706 people to stay top of the Blue Square Conference South. If the League were to finish tomorrow........... Mind the gap
Toblerone
And you won't have seen a better game anywhere yesterday! Brilliant stuff and credit to Chelmsford for keeping on playing football when they were 2 up when it would have been so easy to park the bus in front of the goal. Salisbury really do have the look of a promotion side and it will be good to see them back in Conference National after the likes of FGR had them demoted for paying a VAT bill 24 hours late. Sags need to realise that there is a lot more football plated in the Conference leagues than in Div 4 and they'll find it hard coming to places like the RayMac. Trouble is their moronic fans will doubtless try to spoil the family atmosphere that prevails at most non-league grounds.
