There simply is no excuse for a display like that. No fan of this club should have to endure 90 minutes like that from their team having travelled so far and spent so much. I would like to say now that the whole of the management team and members of the playing squad that were involved in yesterday's shambles will personally ensure that every fan that made their way to Blackburn will be refunded in full. Whilst the logistics of this will be complicated the club guarantee that each and every fan WILL be compensated in full. Sincere apolgies, Derek.' If only !!!!!!!!
