but lets be fair as well, Jon did himself no favours. "conducive to player development" - seems like he's repetatively blurting a term which neither he nor the club fully understand.

You've got 2 teams coming after you as a 14 yo. Yeovil and bcfc. You know first team football will come quicker at yeovil, but BCFC have now got excellent facilities to help me achieve better than L1 Yeovil

Well - if we are now going to concentrate on signing good players who we can afford (as opposed to rubbish we cannot) the future is bright indeed
