054123
It's a boring old debate now. Historically, the ship has sailed as the only way to garner large support is for either club to have had a sustained period of success where they actually win something (which neither have ever had) during the time when football was the be all and end all (despite what Sky tell us, it isn't anymore and never will be again), or to be a one club city. Both the options don't seem like they will be reality ever. The best we can hope for is to be Reading, Swansea, Stoke etc. but even these clubs will never compete or win anything on a regular basis. BS3_RED
What the **** has City and Rovers got to do with the non footballing public of Bristol. If these people supported their local clubs maybe...just maybe we would not be in the mess we are.
Keepers Ball
With no disrespect it always seems the older callers that talk crap. As for the this host...Jesus "why is it always the managers fault?"

Aizoon
Radio Bristol is an embarrassment. It makes Alan Partridge's Radio Norwich look sophisticated. They've lost the feed as I write - classic!
Aizoon
How dare RB criticise City's competence? By that criterion they'd be disqualified from the Downs League
RedM
Bloody useless coverage from RB, not sure why they bothered. Why couldn't we hear the full conference, money?

Southport Red
Beggars belief! How can they think this drivel 'debate' is more interesting than the actual news on now. Currently talking to a Bristol Rugby fan about football rather than listening to what our brand new Head Coach is saying AT THIS MOMENT!! FFS makes me glad I don't live in Bristol
Talk Of The Town
We get to hear 2 minutes of the new boss. They lose coverage, get it back then cut it short after another 2 minutes. What a Tin Pot Radio station.

bcfcnick
One of the biggest local stories for a while and not only are Radio Bristol ignoring a fascinating press conference in favour of a host who has nothing interesting to say and desperately wants to move on to the tedious national issue of 'disability benefits'. As an earlier poster said the host has a touch of Alan Partridge about him with the comical element missing and is going through the motions of trying to talk about football and local football. Fred from Brislington who wants to talk about Manchester City ticket prices or Sean O'Driscoll who will give insightful answers at the press conference into the future of the Club. Hard choice!
