His programme notes for the last two home games contained lots of references to "processes - not outcomes" I think your words on the blog are right. He could be just the man to sort us out. But it won't be crash bang wallop or anything showy like GJ. More like "steady as she goes" and "we're here for the long haul" Fine by me, so long as he delivers the results. The constant gaffer tape quick fix strategy we usually employ has run it's course ages ago.
