Barrs Court Red
The Government are talking about removing the "right to light" consideration from the planning laws. While I think that's an utter piss take, it could benefit City if we stay at AG. The Ateyo was hight restricted because of houses behind. This would no longer be an issue. Not content with destroying this country's educational system, they are now happy to plunge us all into darkness. A bunch of crooks, the lot of them. Not content with destroying this country's educational system, they are now happy to plunge us all into darkness. A bunch of crooks, the lot of them. What a poor article. For starters there is no 'right to light' in planning law, it's written in completely different legislation. Legislation which is outdated and in need of updating. Having access to natural daylight through windows is hugely important IMO for quality of life though.
Tom Fleuriot
Even if they're talking about, there will probably be a u-turn anyway.
