JOSH17
Clubs relegated to League 1 will not be entitled to any payout derived from the Fair Play Tax and will be required to comply with the FFP rules
Roger Red Hat
The lawyer that won the Bosman case has stated that FFP would not stand up to a legal challenge under European law, which is interesting.

Not sure how. They are not imposing limits on players wages. Just limits on clubs expenditure. If you can't get the wage you are after, go to another club or retrain, just like everyone else does. If they think they can turn it over surely it will have implications for all employment law?

I don't know what the grounds would be for a successful challenge but maybe it's not wage related.

Well if they can, it will make all our cost cutting measures look very silly. And for those like us, who have started pretty early, well it could put us a couple of years behind our rivals.
