RedM
Who should we be looking at to try to learn from? Which club are our 'equals' but do things that much better in terms of staff, team, finances, fans etc? I think when SteveL appointed Copout he was trying to 'do a Reading' but are there other clubs we could learn from. I still like the Norwich way of selling season tickets dirt cheap and selling out games when they were in league one.
Welcome To The Jungle
Fulham FC. Ground not much bigger than ours, yet in their 12th Prem season Wigan. Low crowds, not a lot of cash, but seem to scrape up every year. 8/9th prem season Both are sound financially with a plan. Fulham even got to the Europa league final in that time

Mr Popodopolous
Swansea would be nice. Put a philosophy in place, managers to suit it, maybe look at European transfer market for a bet more value and guile etc.
