Barrs Court Red
I love sausage. The bigger the better... Anyway, ever made your own? Worth the effort?. Im thinking of making my own but given how cheap they are to buy I'm not sure itll br worth the hassle. On the upside, you know exactly what you're eating by making them. CiderHider
Little bags of mystery. I do love sassies though, but noy the cheap ones that smell of shit when you cook them (own brand value saussies from TESCO. They smell is shit. Just buy decent ones with good meat content, anything over 60% is good..
Fiale
I make my own sometimes(as well as burgers and meatballs) love to play around with my sausage and balls They are easy to do, take no time, and best you can make your own ingredients (mixing 2 meats etc and I like chilli, ginger, give them a nice kick) - I don't make them all the time, but every now and then I make a few dozen of a few different types - some go into the fridge others in the freezer and they last a month or two. Give it a go..........
