Sounds like a Millen or Tinman type appointment - either it goes the way of the ex Reading boss or a bit like our experiences. He will be eager to prove he has what it takes and isn't one of the usual journeymen type managers. I think it's a good appointment for them. They will be in the mix next season for sure.
