"Wouldn't be surprised to see you guys go in for Martin Woods (midfielder - no relation to Gary), or at least give him a trial. SOD brought him here and was a big fan of him. If we were paying a fee then i would also be concerned. As for the transfer policy, it has been said that not every signing will be U24, you still need some experience in there as well. If sod wants experience hes gonna need older players, and this guy is a decent player, just had a long list of injuries. It could work out brilliantly, Example Demba Ba. Enough said!
