Frome Red
This has already been done in the fielding thread, But if he is joining he deserves his own thread
TBW
He barely made the Yeovil bench for the past two years (sometimes only naming six subs when he's been available). Going to need a lot of work if he's going to make it. Also think he's the one who does a bit of modeling on the side so he'll get some stick for that. Steve Watts
Didn't realise he'd already been here last season. http://www.bcfc.co.uk/news/article/20130425-u21brighton-792219.aspx

Not sure I'd read too much into this. Gary Johnson is not exactly Mr Youth.
Super
Quite enjoy his commentating and his grid walk before the races.
Portland Bill
Yeovil have only got one team now, since they packed in there youth team. All the under 18's have been given trials by the likes of Exeter City. No point in any young players trying to play for Yeovil, it doesn't happen now!. The Casual Connoisseur
Not sure I'd read too much into this. Gary Johnson is not exactly Mr Youth. Coupled with no money & if history repeats, average players on long contracts, I see Yeovil going only one way, hopefully.

We all know that GJ can motivate ordinary players to play well above themselves, don't be surprised if Yeovil finish lower mid table, then go down the season after. Dynamite Red
So what's the latest news with this?! http://www.ciderspace.co.uk/ASP/news/news.asp?NewsItemId=19727 With a few Football League clubs starting to roll back for their pre-season training, a few snippets are beginning to materialise concerning the movement of players. One deal that we're expecting to be announced later this week is that Bristol City have offered former Yeovil Town Under-18s captain Mitch Brundle a deal for the coming season. Mitch played in an Under-21 match for City during late April and has been happy to retweet messages from both Yeovil and City fans wishing him good luck at Ashton Gate. City are also offering Elliott Nelson a deal, with the defender having played during the same Development Squad match against Brighton and Hove Albion. With the Robins playing in an Under-21 league, we'd expect the pair to be given development contracts of a shortish duration by the League One club, to see if they can make the step up to first team football. With the Glovers having shut down their Centre of Excellence at the end of last season, and having no Reserve Team or Development structure in place, there is little room for such players to get competitive football at Huish Park, and so we'd expect Elliott and Mitch to be properly unveiled sometime this week. Good luck to both of them.
