Thats a more realistic picture you have painted there of modern politics than anyone commisioned to slap a bit of paint on canvas ever could. Eco
or in fact a complete waste of tax payers money on a vanity project, that will be hidden in cupboard in a couple years ti I've no idea if it's a vanity project or not, one thing's for sure you'll only get a part story in the S*n. Perhaps it's a quaint House of Commons tradition that MP's with a distinguished political career are granted a portrait or something similar ? Esmond Million's Bung
better then Jeffery Osbornes class warfare of course hypocritical vain champagne socialists are always better, than "you know what your gonna get if your stupid enough to vote tory tories", that's what tories do, what do you expect?, but who do you vote for if your a socialist?. Still I expect a few socialists will have fun knocking one out whilst looking at her tax funded vanity oil painting before it's put in a cupboard and forgotten about.
