Nibor Posted July 19, 2013 Report Share Posted July 19, 2013 What is it you're planning on using it for?If you want an electronic book reader I'd go for a Kobo Aura. The Kindle Fire is an LCD screen which has a backlight (doesn't work without it) and that is a bit harder on the eyes than a reader which has an e-ink screen like the Kobo one (or a normal Kindle).If you want a general tablet for surfing and watching videos, well, this is a low powered one that suffers from not having a very good range of apps.It'll do the basics but you would have a better experience with an (admittedly slightly more expensive) android tablet.
