No Chance Of Ag Planning Permission Being Given

Just been chatting to a couple of Councillers who will be sitting on the Ashton Gate Rdevelopment and been told that in its present form the whole thing will be turned down due to it being an eye sore on the Beautiful Ashton Park. The two roofs will not be allowed at the height they are due to the fact that they will stop the stadium being a soulless Bowl which will mean a complete change of use from Ashton Gate in its present form.

Anyway unlike when we were turned down back in the 80s or 90s the situation is now reversed and the majority of councillers sitting on your application will be gasheads but never mind perhaps you can build half the stadium on the half of the Village green and half at AG!!

Ignoring the rest of your inane childish drivel, did BCC actually turn down any of your applications in the 80's or 90's?
