I don't use Player, but I feel I ought to reply, it seems only right that the problems you're having are given the same attention as the ticket 'fiasco'. Maybe you can afford to pay for something that dosen't work or maybe take pleasure from it, many people cannot and don't. As an expat I have just returned to player (I dropped it because of ongoing problems) but still harbouring doubts I have taken it on the monthly option, happy so far.
