openEnd
My opinion of Steve Lansdown has just gone through the roof. Well done Steve, a chairman who gives his word and if necessary then acts. Steve, you might like to know you have just sold another season ticket on the back of this decision.

Taz
I think it would take something drastic for many supporters to turn on Steve and the current board. They have, and continue to do a great job at the helm. Long may it continue as well .
Spud55
Agree, i have complete faith in SL. He knows what he is doing, he is doing the best for this club. Even if in an odd way it means accepting a season of building next term, Willson was on huge wages, and if Sl did get him to mutually terminate his contract then he has probably just saved us from having to take anything but silly offers for our better players. If this is how it has been done, then although a new manager may take time to get to know the team, but if by taking a huge chunk out of the wage bill we can keep colsey, Doc, hill, Phillips etc, then the new manager will probably be in a better position to get us up than we may well have been if Willson was still here.
