Testing has been taking place in good faith to ensure season ticket holders will be able to purchase their own seat online, in turn taking the burden off phone calls and queuing. Unfortunately at some stage a page was placed live and this was spotted, with some fans rushing on to purchase. All data from these 'purchases' are safe and secure. The small number of those affected will be contacted by our Supporter Services team in the morning. As is always the case, when tickets do go on sale, we will communicate this through the official channels and the local media/social media. Also, as is always the case in these situations, season ticket holders will always be given the first option to purchase tickets for cup games. If you have been affected by this and do have a query, please e-mail ticketing@bcfc.co.uk. Once again, we apologise to supporters affected by this error.
