slartibartfast
I don't think (hope) we'll get less than 10 k because I think there will always be a couple of thousand who will go regularly who can't afford (don't want) S/T's. True fans who wouldn't even consider missing a game, and as we always include sold S/T in our attendances......, assuming of course these last few weeks has seen us at our lowest ebb ! sglosbcfc
The support for City has been amazing this season when you consider the results in the past year.
Major Isewater
Yes we really are suckers for punishment.Despite everything we follow in hope. This time next year ...
The Casual Connoisseur
Good crowds indeed but are we comparing Saturday games to Tuesday nights?

Very nearly dipped under 10k already... Talking of small crowds, what could be our largest gate this season. Be against one of the teams that will sell out their away allocation. Will we get over 15k against Swindon/Sheff U?

slartibartfast
Very nearly dipped under 10k already... Yes ,but it didn't, THAT'S my point.
chalky
Yes ,but it didn't, THAT'S my point. But my point is that if it can be 144 away from dipping so early on it is likely that at some point it will dip below. Hope not obviously, if we can start winning some games we'll see it rise. dezgimed
Our core fan base is ~10k. Always will be. It might hover around 9k/11k due to holidays, time of the year etc. Anything above that are those who attend when we're doing well.
Rich_s
already has I reckon. There was never 10K in that ground on Saturday. Yep, surprised me too. Oddly enough though, the Dolman was more full than usual which probably made up for it. The Williams looked very empty. I think it was +10K as quite a few people were anticipating a win. Mugs! Rob k
IMO with a new manager and a new side they had to do more to encourage people to buy season tickets, A one season and one season offer only.

I can't see how we had 10k+. I'd assumed they count all season tickets into the attendance to make it look better.
