Jon atyeo is my dad
Every season we go through the same motions as fans optimism then realism of not quite being where we hoped then there's that special game where the fans realise the club needs support and we really get behind the team so when your ready..... Simon79
You may have been living in your location too long. It's their job, they have a whole club to support them. How many full internationals do we have in our squad? Ten? Twelve? I'd say its pretty simple - score more than you concede. The cheering will follow. Is it not our job to support our club and players? Is it not easier for a fan to shout and cheer, than it is a player/team to play well/win? Yes they get paid well and are professionals etc etc, but it's not that easy. Its obvious to me that when we are loud in the stands, the performance or at least effort follows. That brings me on to my last point, I don't believe their effort can be questioned this season so far. Not something I could always say in previous seasons! So I agree with the original post.
