headhunter Posted June 5, 2004 Report Share Posted June 5, 2004 So wilson was on a 3 week holiday when he had his terminal discussion with SL Why wasn't he talking to potential new signings and finalising contracts. I suppose he was going to take more time off when the players were back for pre-season like for the past 3 summers ; that's like the head of Bristol Grammar taking the first 2 weeks of term off after a 6 week break. I know hisc holiday habits were a source of some annoyance to SL and just remember the stick Wardy got when he took 3 two week breaks in the summer of 98.
