Go Junior GO
I have been a fan of sod from day one but I am saying that if we dont improve results in the next three games the board will make a decision to get rid of him
JM91
that seems well thought out, fair and reasonable.

Bar BS3
There will come a point (hopefully it wont become neccessary!) where however much the board can see that things are taking shape behind the scenes and even if performance levels are decent, that a failure to turn the positives (and without doubt, there are some - surely even the most pesemistic of of fans can see that) into 3 points on a resonable frequency cannot be ignored any longer. Be that in 1, 3, 10, 15 games time, who knows - I think the board will give it every possible opportunity to turn around, because of the previously mentioned positives. SOD is not daft and has alluded to this himself. I for one think we would look back on getting rid of him at whatever point in the future and wonder what might have been. I hope we get a couple of wins asap to get this monkey off of his back and afford him the time needed to continue the job that he has started. COYR!!! Go Junior GO
I was just saying its likely not necessarily what I want to happen.Three more games without a win and the table would really not look good.
