We need you to take decisive action NOW.

Last season you stayed too loyal to Del for too long after it was clear he had lost the plot, we will never know if you had acted sooner in showing him the door whether we might have been able to retain our then Championship status.

Please don't make the same mistake this season and condemn our club to the basement division. Our results are simply unacceptable, and with SOD being dogmatic in continuing to play with same failed formation match after match there are no signs our results are going to improve. Do not be swayed by the view that we have been unlucky, in football you make your own luck. If you set out to be offencive, get shots in on goal, get the ball into the opponents box, you will get the lucky deflections or dodgy penalties in your favour. If you set-up extra cautious, all the possession in the game is pointless if there is no end product. To then exacerbate that by trying to hang on for a point in the final 10 minutes and inviting the opposition to come onto you, will inevitably end badly.

There are other managers out there who would buy into our five pillars philosophy, Paul Tisdale for one. A new manager might just be able to instill the pride, passion and belief so sadly lacking under SODs tenure.

Be decisive act now and save our club from another relegation, while there is still time.

I'm not sure how, if you think SOD was the wrong manager, that you think getting him in any earlier would have saved us from relegation?

Maybe in future we should offer managers three month contracts - if they are not prepared to move lock stock and barrel to Bristol in order to accept such a contract - then they are clearly not "our kind of guy". ;-)
