Seems to me if we play 433 with jet and Reid we have no one on the left of midfield. If we play 442 can we play Reid as a cm will we have enough cover for the back 4. 442 means wagstaff can stay on the right instead of all across our midfield. westonred Posted November 3, 2013 Report Share Posted November 3, 2013 I dont think we can play Reid Pack and JET in the same midfield it makes us to soft through the centre and allows teams to walk right through them putting our defemce under constant pressure. With no out and out wingers it seems to me to be the best formation for the current team. No one it appears can make their mind up whether Bryan is best suited as left back or left midfield , so wing back could be the solution with wagstaff on the right. You can then accomodate 2 up front with thomas just behind and still have 2 central midfielders .
