( with added man hugs ) Just finished a major renovation and hoping to cash in, it's too big and too much land, I understand the market here buoyantish again and had a nice surprise with the new valuation, Mrs Bung has got another op in the spring and although i'm at my old fighting weight, beginning to feel old for the first time in my life.
