The players come and go. Over the past five years them come with high hopes. Mostly disappoint, then go away and rediscover there form.The players are told how,and where to play by the manager and coaches The managers and coaches once again come with high hopes. Then get sacked because it has not worked for any of them. They then go to other clubs and have various levels of success.The manager is told what to do and guided by the board of directors. The board of directors we are told are successful businessmen.They have no other skills connected with running a football club. They are told what to do by the owner. So that is where the buck stops.
