TRL
http://managerstats.co.uk/clubs/?club=Bristol%20City there's only won danny wilson and the proof is in the link Only one danny wilson? Bloke has a good win percentage. But falls way short when you need him to come up big unfortunately. Played good football for a couple of years before he went all negative. Also managed a team full of piss heads and allowed people turn up drunk for training (when they could be arsed to turn up) and still picked them. Categorical no from me. Gillies Downs Leeds
Made me laugh earlier when looking at the odds for the City managers job, DW is the favourite for both the Crawley job and the Barnsley job. Just goes to show bookies odds on next manager cannot be relied on as a guide.

You could turn that round and say he managed to get a team of pissheads to play good football and at the right end of the table! Although I agree I don't think we should go back. kachina
Also shows on those stats that Tinnion didn't do a bad job performance wise. Better than most have. Go on, cheap option lets give him another bash at it.

Although I agree I don't think we should go back. You can say that. But a good manager would have tried to help some witg big problems, and bombed others out of the club. Those plauers were never at their peak due to the amount of alcohol they drank. By letting them do this, and by not moving down here and giving 100% to the role, he never reached his true potential or pushed city to theirs. Padlad
Whilst I doubt this would happen who wouldn't prefer the football we had under him that what we have right now, personally I'd rather finish 3rd go on a run of 9 straight wins than what we have currently, JL can remember this too. http://www.bristolpost.co.uk/BRISTOL-CITY-ROUND-Vice-chairman-Jon-Lansdown/story-19992256-detail/story.html
And Its Smith
Let's get a manager who bottles the big games.
Andy Horsman
Always the bridesmaid, never the bride. Had an arguably much more talented squad than the workmanlike group GJ assembled and spent a fair old wedge at this level. without getting City up. No ta, despite so memorable games. Aizoon
Not after that day in Cardiff. He's the one manager that would keep me away from the Gate.
