kachina Posted December 1, 2013 Report Share Posted December 1, 2013 The NDA might be the case had it been departure by Mutual Consent or Resigned with settlement, as the club would have then had an agreement in place for a settlement. However if he was sacked, he had no choice, and in order to sack someone you have to pay up all their contract, so if he wanted to speak he could as he was sacked, so there wouldn't have been any clauses in his settlement as it wasn't mutual consent or him resigning.
