Lets get one thing straight.Every manager from your Arsene "I did'nt see it" Wenger,Alex Ferguson and Sven Goran Eriksson to your Steve Cotterill,Brian Talbot & Barry Fry .They all have one think in common...

...They had to start somewhere !

So our Brian Tinnion is starting somewhere so before some people start complaining lets help him in anyway we can .

And this doesnt end with us.There are more important people involved in the club ...

The players

Right Louis,Matt,Danny etc etc.

Do us ,yourselves ,and more importantly Brian Tinnion a huge favour.Brian Tinnion was a team mate who had a crack and a laugh with the rest of you.Well it stops now.Help him by not taking advantage with the attitude of "Oh its only dear old Tinman ,he wont mind".He now has a very tough transition from being "one of the boys" to being in charge. So help him !

As long as it goes smoothly the man will do his utmost to get us up with ease !

BRIAN TINNION'S RED & WHITE ARMY !

I reckon it is an incredibly astute decision by Steve L. Think about it, who could we afford, who knows the players and who would unite the fans most - Tinnion is the obvious answer to that.

If we could not afford to go for a proven manager then Tins is a good option - popular with the fans and given the 50/50 split on whether Danny should of been sacked, then there is one person guaranteed to get the support of the majority of fans. And at a time like this bringing the fans back together to support the team is a necessity.

Just imagine, the first time Tins runs out at AG as manager will be in his testimonial game against Pompey in July - can you imagine the noise and the welcome he will get?
