Swede
I tend to put the odd grubby little book I come across back in the fiction section. The trouble is its so thin (on the truth) It's only right and sensible to wish ill on the sad Sags*. I won't be watching as I'll be going to a Chrimbo piss-up, but were I in I'd watch that rather than any Premier League twaddle. * Why just today, I moved A History Of Bristol Rovers into the comedy section in a Bristol bookshop I shall not name. Esmond Million's Bung
Clattenberg still cannot see, he missed two falls and a submission to Shawcross at the last manu corner.
RedM
Who are rovers fans shouting 'sheedheaaad' at? I didn't hear, but guess our David James who is there and mentioned us several times

RedM
Ha ha the ball has gone out of the ground and the ball boy previously shown sat shivering on his stool has disappeared, don't blame him at all.

artificialcolours
Real shame that they called that off. Was amusing TV. Cracking tackle around the 72nd minute.

artificialcolours
On the upside, could there have been a worse result for a team in a relegation battle. Another 90 minutes of football followed by 74 minutes of running on a heavy pitch (surely more tiring on the legs than a full 90 on a good pitch)
RedM
Talking to ref now, player safety. Also says ref worried about spectators not seeing a game of football...all together now, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT, IT'S BRISTOL ROVERS!!!
slartibartfast
The ball want moving, players splashing around in puddles, Sounds like a usual gappers game! At least the 4000 can make it next time,eh?
myol'man
Great night for Pompey then Surely that must go down as the worst live televised match in history?
RedM
Sounds like a usual gappers game! At least the 4000 can make it next time,eh? Yup, the pitch being puddly, sticky and like a ploughed field as the game went on allowed the Gas to have the upper hand just before it was called off, cos it was just like playing at he Mem. The Right Honourable Les Q
Great night for Pompey then Surely that must go down as the worst live televised match in history? Not quite as spectacular as the Rovurrs appearance in October 1977 on 'It's A Knockout' sorry, I mean MOTD, when they struggled a little to contain a Tottenham team intent on pushing forward? ciderup
I thought we were bad but that was truly awful! I appreciate the weather played a large part in the debacle but it was utter turd! Mr O'Toole seems like a very angry young man every time I see him play (against us and now), desperate to be a 'hard man'. At least we know that Clarkson DID get worse when he left us.
