Major Isewater
Those 11 1-0 wins en route to our last promotion didnt count then. You don't do nuance ,do you Robin ?
Red Faction
We are under new management now, we won't throw games away like we did under SOD Or maybe not. Cue Benny hill music...

old_eastender
Dissappointed, on the commentary Maloney, Pack & Waggy all gulity of giving away possesion instead of keeping it and seeing the game out. Felt we really needed the 3 pts today. Relegation is starting to look a reality. Sad, sad days.
Jordan Tansley
Yep SOD would NEVER have done that would he? Why is that relevant?

Red_Jim
Really sad time to be a City fan this. There seems to be one kick in the teeth after another, I can't see anything but relegation this season. I really fear for the future.
OldlandReddies
Lets face it 90% of us would have settled for a point at the beginning of the game. A loss would have been a disaster. Need to take at least 4 points from our next two though.

Northern Red
another great shout from you Let's not be too harsh. It's the first post I've ever seen from him that's even remotely positive, despite the SO'D dig.
Lack of Action Man
I really hope the board have or are starting to think of some form of contingency plan for relegation. Bottom at Christmas is an ominous sight.
Aizoon
We are under new management now, we won't throw games away like we did under SOD Perfectly true. We threw it away with shouting and arm-waving.

Bottom at Christmas is an ominous sight. I expect the contingency is to sack the manager. It's the usual response.
RedM
We came away with a point. Just the same point that we would of had if we were 1-0 down for most of the game and managed to equalise in the dying minutes ourselves. If this had happened we would been celebrating, or at least not so deflated as we are now wouldnt we?
cider_dog
cotteril 3 games in charge, 1 point #FACT /irony Its the 'New Manager syndrome'! Only in reverse... Thanks Mr Chairman.
redsquirrel
That 1 win? Away to the mighty Tamworth in the Cup. Hardly worth getting excited about now. doesnt look good when aldershot beat them 6-0 today does it . still,on the bright side, county are still leap froggable with our game in hand over them
havanatopia
This all sounds very much like what people were saying last season. I hope to God I'm wrong but I really don't think we'll be ok.How can anyone have faith in this current team to turn things around? The faith is in short supply when the gaffer is changed far too often. On the plus side the decision our board made pales into insignificance when you look at Spurs, particularly WBA and shortly at Crapdiff Franchise. havanatopia
I just cannot believe our decline its just crazy Oh I can. It was written, probably not when GJ parted company with the club but probably when Millen was put in charge after the Copout and around the time SL sailed into exile; that was like going from the proverbial sublime to the ridiculous in 1 day. Those 24 hours, when you now look back, defined and commenced this clubs subsequent few years of inexorable decline. But I am always the optimist and I have to believe that, this time, we have now, today, reached the bottom.
Taylor10
As long as waggy the work horse plays who cares? Honestly we will go places with him in the team. #GoesBackMoreThanCampbellRyce

However, our players are fragile flowers, bless them, they won't have the same confidence had we scored a late one.
