Why's that? Curious to know.....

think its something to do with they would have to go to the small claims court but the court wont uphold their claims, theese operators use scare tactics to make people pay, making them think they have to, threaten to take them to court or get the baliffs around and people just end up paying them to get them off their backs, ignore and they will soon go away.

Same as supermarket car parks, park in disabled bays as much as you wish as its private land the markings dont mean jack. Just paint on the tarmac.

Of course if there is just one disabled bay park somewhere else but if there is plenty of free ones feel free to use them.

The bit about them using baliffs is false as baliffs only collect monies owed through a court, The parking companies the same as banks etc use debt collectors who have no power what so ever to collect anything ! But people confuse them with baliffs and pay.

Yeah - park in the spaces designed for disabled and sick people.

What a fine fellow you are.

as I said if there is plenty of spaces. For instance i have often been to tescos. 30+ spare spaces so as these bays are not legal and are simply just pa8nt then there is no issue.
